The lake of Uri is only a few minutes away and it provides refreshing dips during hot summer days and beautiful walks at any point. Uri is the perfect spot to do any kind of outdoor activity. From windsurfing, swimming, biking to hiking, skiing and ski touring, the region has a lot to offer and you will for sure never get tired of it.

Dazwischen liegt Klosters mit zwei Skigebieten, Gotschna mit Verbindung nach Parsenn. Madrisa am Sonnenhang mit Schlittelbahn nach Saas, fast vor die Haustüre. Studio with a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. It is located in a very quiet and convenient area for reaching Tenero, Locarno, the Verzasca valley and surroundings. Departure for mountain excursions directly from the house. The studio flat with private access is reached via a long staircase. Possibility to park the car in public parking spaces located about 15 minutes away. Bus stop reachable in 5 minutes. standing. Tenero station 20 min. standing.

"Casa del campo" a Semione - 250 mq con sauna

Casa storica del 1669, ristrutturata nel 1977 e rinnovata nel 2017. È ubicata nella parte bassa di Semione, a diretto contatto con la campagna. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo rurale circondato da campi, frutteti e vigne distante 300 metri dal fiume. È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna. I due appartamenti sono collegati da una scala interna che permette di disporre di tutta la casa.

Cozy and bright studio apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in Engadin. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area and is distinguished by its warm and well-finished style. It is a five-minute walk from the Marguns ski lifts, which lead to the St. Moriz ski area. Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Unsere Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tenero im Erdgeschoss eines neu erbauten Hauses. Ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstrasse in der Nähe ist. Eine gedeckteTerasse und eine Liegewiese gehören dazu. Der grosse Garten mit Feuerstelle kann mitbenutzt werden. Es ist alles komplett barrierefrei. ID 860

Malix gehört zur Gemeinde Churwalden. Die Region ist als Ski, Fahrrad, Wander-Region sehr bekannt. Auch sonst bietet die Region alles erdenkliche an Sport und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Hauptstadt von Graubünden ist Chur, diese Stadt hat auch kulturell sehr viel zu bieten.
