An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Right on the Carlow/Wicklow border and just over an hour from Dublin with fantastic views of the Wicklow hills. Bright and airy kitchen/living/dining room. Large bedroom with super king size bed and the main bathroom are downstairs. One double bedroom and a twin bedroom and second WC (toilet and sink) upstairs. Our own home is right next door. Full use of large front and back lawn. A mile from Hacketstown which has supermarket, chemist, pubs, a cafe and petrol station. Very family friendly.

Our Wooden Bedford Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted to house a King Size bed upper deck plus a single bunk. Guests have private access to our river beach, firepit & BBQ. In addition you can book a private Finnish Sauna & River Plunge experience in our converted horse box (at an extra charge).
