The Metrolink, train station and bus station are also a 5 minutes walk and this will connect you to the whole of Manchester. We have plenty of supermarkets and cafes within minutes of the house. This is our family home that we airbnb when away. The kitchen is fully equiped. Walking distance to Hale & Altrincham, well known for excellent bars & restaurants. Close to train and tram stations. Less than 10-minute drive to Manchester Airport. Close to National Trust properties Dunham Massey, Tatton Park, & Quarry Bank Mill. 11 miles to Old Trafford football & cricket stadiums and 18 miles to Manchester City Stadium. Accessible by public transport. 11 miles to Manchester city centre.

Little House, Altrincham & Manchester, private ent

A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.

Ground floor at The Manse

This self-contained flat with its own entrance is on the ground floor of our beautiful Victorian home, The Manse. One large bedroom contains a king size bed and day bed (converts to 2 single beds) perfect for a family, friends sharing or a comfortable longer stay. A double sofa bed in the living space adds flexibility. Five minutes walk in to Altrincham and 10 mins walk to the Metro, with trams direct to central Manchester. 15 mins drive to the airport and Cheshire countryside.

This is a splendid high spec property. Central to Altrincham and Hale, perfectly situated for public transport links, motorway and airport. It boasts a large kitchen, dinning room opening with bi-holding doors to a beautiful patio half covered for all year round outdoor dinning. Spacious lounge & study with work area. It has two large bedrooms one opening onto a verandah for an aperitif early evening. Both bathrooms are full sized one with beautiful slipper bath.

The Downs, Altrincham

This spacious 3 bedroom, two bathroom property (1600 sq feet/148.5 meters sq) is on the stylish Downs, right on the edge of the town. It is partly over a small quiet business (which opens 9am to 5.30 pm only) and has three double bedrooms, a large living room with log burner, a good sized kitchen and two bathrooms (including one en-suite) THE PROPERTY ACCOMMODATIONS IS OVER THREE FLOORS AND IS NOT THEREFORE IDEAL FOR THE ELDERLY, OR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES.
