Ferienhaus im Grünen am Stadtrand von Salzburg

Das Ferienhaus liegt neben unserem kleinen Bauernhof auf einer grünen Wiese, umgeben von Wald, am Stadtrand von Salzburg. Du hast ein ganzes Haus für dich allein. Bei uns führt keine öffentliche Straße vorbei, es ist also ruhig und doch der Stadt so nah. Vor dem Haus befinden sich kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und in 10 Minuten (0,7km) bist du bei der Bushaltestelle (bergab) um in die Stadt zu gelangen. Vom Bus zu uns rauf geht man je nach Kondition. Wir empfehlen für die Anreise immer ein Taxi.

Spacious House close to city Salzburg / lake area

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.
