Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

Een gezellig ingericht, vrijstaand guesthouse met eigen entree en eigen (gratis) parkeerplaats. Just 5 minutes from the city center of Haarlem, in the cosy but quite neighborhood "the Leidsebuurt" you can find a totally renovated apartment in my house. Guests have a separate entrance. I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

Met trots en plezier verhuur ik een 2 persoons tuin suite in mijn buitenverblijf apart van mijn huis in Heemstede inclusief gebruik van een eigen badkamer (in Dec 2022 geheel vernieuwd). Er is gratis parkeren op het terrein en er is een privé terras. Het station Heemstede Aerdenhout is aan de overkant waar je fietsen kan huren (max. 20 minuten fietsen naar Zandvoort, 10 min fietsen naar Haarlem!). 23 min met de trein naar Amsterdam. Kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle buitenkamer.

The house was renovated in 2017. It is a semi-detached, single storey-building, situated next to the house of the owners. It has a separate entrance. The house has a living room with open kitchen, access to a terrace with a spendid view of the countryside and a well equipped bathroom with rainshower, a double bedroom with a separable double bed (160 cm) and a smal 1-person bedroom with a single bed. The house is suitable for 3 persons. There is a couch-spare bed in the lounge.

It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Behind the studio there is free parking. The studio has a private entrance, private shower and toilet and one room with a kingsize bed and an extra sleeping couch for 2 persons. (max 4 persons) ideal for families. Also there is a kitchenette with everything to prepare an easy meal or breakfast.
