The Homestead has been in our family for over 170 years. This ranch style farmhouse was built in the early 1960's. This Homestead is located on 40 acres, with over an acre here with the home. The Homestead features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, with an open area to the living, kitchen, and dining area. The house is partially carpeted and ceramic tile, and is fully furnished including the kitchen. This is located out in the country surrounded by farm fields, so very peaceful and private.

Adorable 1920 cozy guest cottage sits on nearly 4 1/2 beautiful acres next to Owner's home and barn. Close to parks, trails, shopping center and downtown! Enjoy large outdoor area including private pool during summer (shared). Due to Airbnb’s new policy, their service fees are now required to be paid by the host rather than the guest. Get out of the hustle and bustle but not too far! This is an amazing new construction build home located just South of Fort Wayne with easy access to Hwy 469 and Hwy 69. Airport, Downtown etc. are all close at hand but you will have the privacy of country living. This amazing house is situated well for longer term stays and has been designed with families and groups of 6 or so guests in mind.
