Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

The Doe Branch Cabin - Modern Mountain Retreat

Sense of Place. That is the inspiration here, at least in part. The cabin is situated on 12 private acres in a remote corner of Madison County, surrounded by national forest, streams, and clear mountain air. The property has a history of artist residents, and we encourage creatives of all types to come seek the inspiration found by those that came before. The town of Marshall, an artistic enclave, is 25-30 minutes away, and downtown Asheville is a 45-50 minute drive. Hiking and rafting nearby.

Located on 60 acres of wooded land only minutes from the Appalachian Trail. It’s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access and Hot Tub too.

Sanders Place is a historic river front 2-bedroom, 2-bath home just short 10 min walk to downtown Hot Springs. The front yard borders the French Broad River. The backyard has a hot tub, sauna, and grill located on a stone patio that is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee, glass of wine, or dinner under the stars. Sanders is centrally located to downtown, hiking & river activities. A new bridge is being constructed adjacent to our front yard. You can expect heavy equipment and noise.

This is the perfect combination of in-town and private you will find in Hot Springs! **Hurricane Helene Update** Luckily the cabin is up on a hill and was not harmed. The town of Hot Springs is currently rebuilding, but the cabin and hot tub are fully functional and there are many beautiful hikes in the area.
