On the ground floor of the house there is a mini-garden, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a toilet, and on the second floor there are two bedrooms with panoramic windows and a sitting area on the balcony, as well as a shower and toilet.

You can easily find free parking place around three parallel roads far from the sea. It means five minutes walking distance.
