romantic experience in the center of amsterdam. a quite and private place near Rijksmuseum and famous squares. the boat has a bathroom,one bedroom and a couch for sleeping so there is room for four persons and is private !tv and internet are available and the kitchen has an oven and microwave ready to use. the neighbourhood has nice restaurants, bars, shops and around the corner walking five minutes along the beautiful reguliersgracht you enter the rembrandtplein. this is a remodeled houseboat that still has its historic character. built in 1920, it was used to transport potatoes, sand, and all manner of food and industrial goods. the pictures show one of the original families that lived and worked on the boat in all of Holland. it is one of the best preseved houseboats of its age in Amsterdam.

Vrlo udobna kuća na vodi, mahoni drveni zidovi, secesijski stil, sa terasama na veoma centralnoj lokaciji koje prelaze reku. Nakon pauze od 4 koronavirusa, vraćamo se u posao. U te 4 godine smo iskoristili priliku da obnovimo kupatilo, obnovimo brvnaru na volanu, mnogo slikanja na terasi, 3 nova krovna vrata i neka tehnička podešavanja koja ne možete da vidite, ali će vaš boravak učiniti udobnijim. Postoji centralno grijanje i klima-uređaj za vruće ljetnje dane.

Da biste uživali u Amsterdamu dok boravite u plutajućoj kući na brodu, sigurno će biti nešto teško zaboraviti! Lokacija kuće na brodu je mirna, vizuelno prostrana zahvaljujući luci i rijeci, ali je i vrlo centralna. Centralna stanica u Amsterdamu udaljena je od 13 do 15 minuta hoda ili (4 minuta autobusom). Op de boot is een buitendek aanwezig waar u heerlijk kunt ontspannen en genieten van het uitzicht. Binnen is er een kleine keuken, toilet en een bank. Voorin de boot bevindt zich de slaapcabine met een tweepersoonsbed geschikt voor 2 personen.

Nedavno smo pretvorili naš prelepi brod u „Zelenu oazu“ za potrebe kompanije Air bnb saison . Brod je usidren u luci IJburg, u blizini centra Amsterdama. Oko luke se nalazi mnogo restorana, kao što su ODSPAVANJE, DOK 48 i Blijburg. Supermarket i druge prodavnice u okolini.
