Korter asub kaunis tartu ülejõe piirkonnas uuselurajoonis eemal linnakärast aga samas piisavalt lähedal. Korter on väga hubane ja seal on olemas kõik eluks vajalik. Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
