Our guests can enjoy for free the big in-house pool, the sauna area, a ski storage, the shared lounge and a private parking place as well as the playground and the large garden. The centre of Seefeld with its restaurants, shops, the casino and more are within short walking distance. You will find many promenades, hiking trails, golf courses, varied ski slopes and our world championship cross-country ski trails nearby.

The sunny and completely renovated apartment is on the 1st floor (elevator available). There is a kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, big bed, a couch with sleeping function and a lot storage space. The balcony with the few on the mountain "Hohe Munde" completes the apartment. In the complex is an indoor pool, sauna, relaxing space and a storage room for the skis/bikes. The big meadow with playground and plenty of parking spaces is also worth mentioning.

Studio One - Ferienwohnung

Mit Studio One haben wir im Juli 2020 die Ferienwohnung für Alleinreisende realisiert. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett (keine Zusatzbetten!) Kochnische, 2er Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Badezimmer, Tisch und Schreibtisch. Im Haus Kinspergher sind 3 Ferienwohnung mit maximal 10 Gästen. Im Garden ist ein Schwimmbad mit 7x3 m und eine Sauna im Haus.
