Overlooking a beautiful marsh where you may see moose crossings & beaver dams, as well as many other possible wildlife sightings. Nestled on 660 acres, this off-grid experience is only 5 minutes from the town of Chelmsford & 25 minutes from the City of Sudbury. The site itself gives you complete seclusion with the option to enjoy one of the many activities nearby.

2 bedroom modern unit

We have a 2 bedroom apartment available to rent daily, weekly or monthly in Hanmer, Ontario. It is fully furnished with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen table, a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and pots and pans, 2 separate bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and 2 single beds in the 2nd room, a couch and recliner, 65" tv w/ cable tv and wifi. It has 2 bathrooms (main and ensuite). The building is smoke free and has a private entrance with stairs and parking at the door.

Off the grid cabin only 15 minutes from Sudbury. Water access only a boat/kayak/canoe is needed. 300ft from the boat launch. Includes a sectional couch that turns into a double bed, with bedding. BBQ, Fire pit, flushable outhouse, outdoor shower, outdoor dinning area with incredible views of the sunset. Equipped with aĺl cooking necessities. Water is supplied in barrels from the river to do dishes, and shower however; you will need to bring drinking water.
