Surrounded by idyllic countryside, Shepherd’s Residence - White sheep house offers a perfect holiday in a small hidden spot on the southern side of the island of Krk. After passing through the village of Stara Baška,well known for its sheep herding tradition, and the vista before you encompasses all the surrounding islands and islets, Velebit mountain and the mainland, you know you are in the right place. Look to your right side and you will see the property, perfect for relaxation and leisure.

The property is situated on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, sauna with relaxarium, openair lounge and terrace. At your disposal you have a garden (300 m2) with an outdoor shower and a carparking. The town centre is only an 8 minutes walk away. There is a 5 KM recreative walking path through the forest close by. Those who stay on the terrace can enjoy a stunning view of Opatija, Rijeka and the beautiful Adriatic sea.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Nalazi se na prvom katu obiteljske kuće.Apartman ima jednu spavaću sobu sa bračnim krevetom, balkon sa kojeg se pruža lijep pogled na brda,prirodu i more.U dnevnom boravaku je sjedeća garnitura . Tu je smješten i zaseban krevet za 1 osobu.Kuhinja je u potpunosti opremljena.Kupaonica ima tuš kabinu. Gostima je na raspolaganju roštilj koji se nalazi u vrtu.

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.
