My place is a historic limestone building with a loft, located on my family farm. One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

The Sparrow is a large home with unique features you will certainly enjoy! It has 3 spacious bedrooms (king, queen, and 2 twins) fit for up to 6 guests comfortably. There are 2 unique sun rooms to spend your quiet time and a large living room with TV and classic furnishings. The dining room is large enough for the entire family and kitchen has everything you need for preparing your own meals! Located in walking distance to the square, there is plenty of restaurants and boutique stores nearby!

Quiet place on the edge of town pet friendly

Quiet area with a lot of area around the property to park vehicles or boats. 5 acres around the house if your pets need to stretch their legs. Located 8 miles from wilson lake if you enjoy boating, swimming , fishing, or just enjoy being around the lake. Nice local cafe, and service station with a small grocery area. Laundromat a block away. Local liquor store and a theater. If your into art there are a couple art attractions in town also the garden of eden. Firepit area coming this spring!

Gaze at the stars on the stargazing platform and walk to the natural pond 10 mins across the property. 50 amp RV spots with water are also available if you have one along.

Plenty of free parking on the property. Dorrance is a very safe, family friendly, area. Wilson Lake is a short drive away where you can swim, hike, bike, fish, boat, and kayak!

New tiled bathroom with rainfall shower & wand, kitchenette, coffee station, record, CD & cassette player, games, packnplay, iron & board, smart TV, back deck, goldfish in tank to feed, horses and cattle, and farm cats. Come stay in our 2 bed, one bath house. You will have the entire house to yourself, family friendly neighborhood, kids playground across the street! We are located three blocks off Hwy 4 in Claflin. Grocery store, and bar/grill uptown as well as a couple boutiques, and Millers of Claflin Furniture store. We are 5 miles from Cheyenne Bottoms. *** Pets are allowed with a fee of $40 per stay. Pick up after pets with bags provided ***No smoking indoors.
