The Villa is on ground floor with a private entrance and the entire 4bhk is private including the balcony and whatever is given in the photos,accept the garden it will be shared , but there is lot of space like there are 2 different gardens nobody will invade your space , we keep same nature of guest on both the floors , if there is a family we make sure the ground floor is also booked by a family or vice versa,a sufficient place for bigs groups at least 10 people can fit,max12 with exta charge
