Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. My apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century villa, which is perfect for families with small children. You'll love it. Play, climb, swing, slide, hide - your children will be busy here and you can enjoy your holiday. Toys, books, doll kitchen, ride-on cars, stroller for two, baby bed, step stool, baby monitor... Check-out on Mondays at 7.45am! Otherwise at 4 p.m. Max. occupancy: 2-3 adults with 2-3 children. Max 5 people in total.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
