Tucked in our beautiful back yard (private to renter, not used by owner) behind the house we live. So close to everything but yet in the quietest part of Main Street. Ideal for families or couples. Modern-rustic, Aframe on 10 wooded acres; beautiful, simple décor, fully equipped kitchen, glass stove top, air-fryer oven, filtered H2O/ice maker. Enjoy a luxurious bathroom, with a heated tile floor, walk-in shower. Towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are provided. King bed in loft and NEW king gel memory foam bed on main floor. Smart TV, wi-fi. Woodstove heats the cabin perfectly as the main heat source. All wood is provided for woodstove and firepit. There is a minisplit heat/ac unit.

Norrsken Scandinavian Cottage

The guest cottage is painted to resemble a Scandinavian retreat. Complete with separate bedroom, extra fold-out sofa queen bed, kitchenette, wood burning stove, WiFi (the best we can find but not great!!!) and large television (DirecTV), it is a great getaway for a couple or a family. Owners live on property if you need anything. If you are a bit adventurous, we can put up a tent right next to Lake Superior. The entire property is smoke free. For a quiet stay, no snowmobiles or ATVs.

Come enjoy everything Madeline Island offers! Haven House is a well-maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage, less than 1 mile from the beach in either direction! Living room has an electric fireplace, TV with cable, and an upright piano. Kitchen is fully equipped! The space is a newly renovated apartment on the lower level of our home which is located at our private horse farm on Madeline Island. It is light, bright, with a modern and clean look. It has all the things you need to relax and rejuvenate after spending a day exploring Madeline Island. Enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding the apartment or take a walk to our beautiful stables on the property. Bring your horses if you wish, or just come to enjoy the scenery.

Bayfield Rustic Yurt 2 (Terra Cotta)

Nestled in the middle of the Bayfield County Forest, this rustic, minimally maintained yurt has direct access to miles of non-motorized rec trails (mountain bike, cross-country ski and hiking). Enjoy panoramic views of Lake Superior including; Pike's Bay, four of the Apostle Islands (Madeline, Basswood, Stockton and Michigan) and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Come prepared to relax, unwind and explore the wonders of the north woods.

Romantic Vineyard Cabin, Sauna, Plunge Pool

Come and celebrate all that Bayfield has to offer at this quiet vineyard and forest getaway, just 2 miles from downtown. Located in Bayfield's charming Fruit Loop, you'll be surrounded by vines, forest, orchards, and berry farms. The Scandinavian cabin, forest facing sauna with plunge pool, and vineyard sit within acres of secluded woods. The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog. There is a $40 pet fee.

The Long House

My place is close to Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands It is located 2 miles north of Washburn or 10 miles south of Bayfield. Peaceful country setting, the long house is a freshly remodeled mobile home. Sorry, no pets. I have increased the number of guests to six . There are 4 double beds in the cabin. If you are booking with more than 4 guests, please allow for this. Thanks you! Open June 1 - mid October

Henny Penny-Quiet and Close to Town

This home is located on beautiful Madeline Island! It is less than a mile from the ferry dock and all that the town of La Pointe has to offer including beaches, shops, restaurants/ bars, galleries, kayak rental, the marina, the golf course and more! You can easily bike or walk to town. A nice and quiet location for low key evenings on the deck. The home is not visible from the road adding extra privacy.
