Iznajmljuje se apartman od 120 m2 u moderno opremljenoj kući smještenoj u malom i mirnom mjestu Labinci u blizini Poreča (10 km). Iznajmljuje se apartman u prizemlju kuće s direktnim pristupom vrtu. U kući žive domaćini na gornjem katu, međutim ne koriste nikakve sadržaje okućnice i svi sadržaji kao što su sezonski bazen, roštilj, stolni nogomet, pikado, terasa za sunčanje i prostor za opuštanje isključivo na raspolaganju gostima. U blizini se nalaze manji marketi, restorani i kafići.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

This is an apartment that accomodates up to 4 people (4th person sleeps on a sofa in the living room, best for short stays or children). The 66 sqm fully equipped apartment with AC is on the 3rd floor (NO elevator, sorry ;) of a building block in a residential area of Poreč (Case popolari :). The beach and the center are 10 minutes by walk away.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
