U kući žive domaćini na gornjem katu, međutim ne koriste nikakve sadržaje okućnice i svi sadržaji kao što su sezonski bazen, roštilj, stolni nogomet, pikado, terasa za sunčanje i prostor za opuštanje isključivo na raspolaganju gostima.
