Launch your boat at the Marina ($40+/-) or Canyon Dam (Free) to have a fun-filled day of water sports or fishing. Visit Bailey Creek Golf Course, golf or play Pickleball at Lake Almanor County Club, visit local restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store, microbrewery, and gas station nearby.

Keddie Wye House

Based at the foot of the world-famous Keddie Wye Trestle, this historic 1906 home offers custom woodwork and attention to detail throughout. Outside you will find extensive decks, private river access, and exquisite landscaping. The property borders the National Forest with exclusive trail access leading to your own private swimming holes. You will enjoy your own unique view of the world famous Keddie Wye.
