Note - Our nightly rate with AirBnB fees has remained the same since 2025. Pricing appears different since AirBnB started playing a shell game and forced all fees onto the host. Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Iron Kettle Cabin w/ all modern amenities!

Our cabin was originally built in the early 1930s. Over the past two years, we've completely restored the space with modern amenities, including all tile bathrooms, a walk-in shower, fully remodeled kitchen, washer & dryer, etc... The back yard cozies up to Lake City Town Park and is great for evening barbecues on the large deck (we have a brand-new Weber grill, too!). The cabin is perfect for 2 couples or young families. Gowdy Suite 1 Open All Year Gowdy Properties

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
