This 2,322 sq. ft. home is perfect for families and groups, sleeping up to 14 guests. Please note that per community rules, a maximum of 12 guests can be 16 or older, with the remaining guests being children. Enjoy your private boat slip, breathtaking lake views, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting living spaces—perfect for unwinding after a day on the water.

Fully stocked European kitchen, private entry, semi-private deck with your own propane BBQ, some house amenities available to our guests. This Lake nacimiento house has a great feel with a peaceful roof top deck , out door shower and pizza oven. It’s a short 5 minute ride down to launch your boat. Starlink internet works great. Deep 25 foot garage for a boat. Washer and dryer included , kitchen has electric stove , refrigerator. You get access to the oak shores pool , jacuzzi , pickle ball and fun events. Registration form needs to be sent to oak shores 24 hours prior to arrival. Oak shores charges 25 per day for watercraft
