There are two levels of living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two full kitchens, pool table, a front breezeway with seating, and an expansive deck with dining options and gorgeous lake views. Pets limited to dogs only.

Escape from your busy life for an incredible peaceful get-away. This luxury waterfront suite is the perfect place to relax, recharge and reconnect. Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

With outside porches on two levels, you won't miss the gorgeous sunset! We loved this house so much after staying here -we bought it! :-)

Welcome to this charming brand new 4 bedroom home in the most desired location on Lake Oconee. Offering comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests. Expansive views of the lake from the screened in porch and the dock. We do offer a Pontoon Rental that can be arranged directly at our dock for an additional fee upon arrival. The property also includes a complimentary kayak, stand up paddle boards, life jackets, floats, and fishing poles and gear. Close to all the popular amenities!
