This house is ideal for groups of anglers or anyone looking for a quiet and scenic neighborhood to relax near the lake. There is easy parking for three truck/boat combos in the front with ample outdoor lighting. Amazing scenery with a land preserve and views of Mount Konocti. This house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you could need to enjoy a vacation to Clearlake.

The lake is beautiful, clear, cold and great for kayaking in the winter. Dress appropriately!

The lake house is well equipped with multiple sleeping arrangements, which includes, 1 queen, 4 twin beds, 2 twin floor mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked.
