ROLL INN Downtown Grand Rapids

The Roll Inn is a very unique home. Having been built in 1870 it was built 44 years after Grand Rapids was founded. The home was originally a barn but was converted to a house in 1873 after the cathedral of St Mary’s was built . The house is located downtown and is in an area that currently is developing . Tiny House In the City

Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! We are thrilled to open up a part of our lives and our home to you! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!
