Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.

Based at the foot of the world-famous Keddie Wye Trestle, this historic 1906 home offers custom woodwork and attention to detail throughout. Outside you will find extensive decks, private river access, and exquisite landscaping. The property borders the National Forest with exclusive trail access leading to your own private swimming holes. You will enjoy your own unique view of the world famous Keddie Wye.
