Ideal for those who enjoy going to the beach, looking for shark teeth and shells. Conveniently located between Sarasota and Venice, it is the perfect place to sightsee, shop and enjoy great local food. Just around the corner from Oscar Scherer State Park and within walking distance of the Legacy Trail.

Our unique villas sit just 1/2 mile from one of Florida's most pristine beaches. Biking, boating, kayaking, museums, as well as great dining/shopping are easily accessible. The villas also have an attached yard/field perfect for pets to run and exercise. Max pet weight 40 lb total. All new inside, this beautiful side by side duplex is separated for complete privacy with fences on the front and back patios. It's twin neighbor (The Jellyfish) can be rented also, and the doors opened up inside and outside to make this a 4-bedroom 2 bath home. Friends and larger groups can hang out together if they choose. Enjoy the heated saltwater pool, complimentary use of floaties, toys, beach chairs, coolers, & beach towels. Nokomis beach & restaurants within walking distance.

Have fun with the whole family at this brand new, modern private free standing guest house. Full bedroom with king size bed, with a finished loft including a queen bed. There’s also a queen pull out sofa in the living area. Enjoy your privately fenced backyard with a hot tub and putting green. Centrally located between Siesta Key beach and Nokomis beach. Hot tub is available upon request in off season months, April-October. There will be an additional $30 fee in off season months.
