Charming studio with very large garden! Suitable for all kinds of trips: city trips (Roermond 9 minutes by car, Maastricht 35 mins), weekends away or simply wanting to enjoy our garden and all it has to offer. For kids there is a trampoline, chickens to chase and lots of stuff to discover. There's a fire pit for you to use including wood and some comfy chairs to enjoy the sunshine! Please be aware that there is no kitchen facility. However, there is a coffee machine and water kettle.

Er zijn talloze mogelijkheden om te wandelen in het aangrenzende natuurgebied. Voor fietsliefhebbers is er de knooppuntenroute die zich vlak langs de woning bevindt. Op 20 km afstand bevindt zich Designer Outlet Roermond. Ook een bezoek aan Thorn is absoluut de moeite waard en natuurlijk niet te vergeten Maastricht op 40 km afstand.

Budel is een dorp in de gemeente Cranendonck in de Nederlandse provincie Noord-Brabant en ligt ongeveer 25 km ten zuiden van Eindhoven. Het grenst aan de Belgisch-Limburgse gemeente Hamont-Achel en de Nederlands-Limburgse gemeente Weert. Op het terrein van Loods 19 en Kunstwei Budel, net buiten de bebouwde kom, aan de Grensweg, staat een knus gastenhuisje. Veel privacy achter je eigen voordeur. Prima om te genieten van even niets, familiebezoek, of zakelijk overnachten.
