On a very wide part of the beautiful Rainbow River. Surrounded on 3 sides by state property forests. Very secluded with its very own spring 40 feet from the main dock. Boat and swim docks, a kayak launch, a wraparound porch with an outdoor dining area. Includes access to our paddle boards, kayak, and floats. And the interior has been recently completely remodeled and updated. The main house has a beautiful bedroom with views of the river and a 2 bed loft. The guest house has a king bed.

Experience the RV life! Come and stay in our newly remodeled RV in a quiet wood space on nearly 3-acre residence. Kitchen has all utensils and cutlery required for your stay. Take a leisurely walk to the Dog area or take an afternoon nap in the hammocks. Bungalow N is a one bedroom, open floor plan w/ an epic front deck seating area.

Five acres located on a beautiful section of the historic Suwannee River with 45 min to the Gulf by boat. The main house has 6 bedrooms & 4& 1/2 baths on 3 floors. There is an outlying small cabin with 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa and 1 bathroom and a kitchenette. Two full hook-up campsites are also available. All facilities have river views.

“Divers Inn” on The Rainbow River

Located in Rio Vista with a private 3 acre Park, this park is on the Rainbow River. Dive Inn, one of the best springs in Florida to scuba, snorkel, tube or kayak. Or hang out at the private park, swim, fish or just relax. Five minute walk to the private 3 acre park from my place or jump on the golf cart and cruise down. FREE use of the kayaks, golf cart and paddle boards during your stay.

Renovated 2/2 Loft Unit in Old Finimore Mill! Located on the top floor, you have vaulted ceilings and amazing views. The waterfront complex offers a pool, hot tub, dock and plenty of boat & trailer parking. Located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the City Park & Beach. Update May 2025 - The pool is now open however the hot tub is still under repair.
