A beautiful, remodeled 100+ year old home in the charming downtown area of Chelsea. Located near the new DTE bike trails, a short walk to downtown, and just minutes from great hiking in the Waterloo Recreation Area. Our home will be spotless and well sanitized for your stay. We provide snacks, water bottles, tea and coffee. If you need any baby or toddler items, we can provide things like baby gates, bed rail, pack n play, high chair, etc. A Christmas tree can be provided for holiday bookings.

There is a queen bed in the spacious bedrm, a giant mirror to make getting ready fun & a lg closet to keep everything organized. Kitchen is nicely appointed w amazing naural light. Dedicated workspace. Washer & dryer available in the basement for your use during your stay upon request. Nice outdoor spaces to sit and visit w friends. Liv rm has smart TV & queen sleeper for extra space.

Walk the trails or walk to the winery. MAX OCCUPANCY is TWO guests. You can add a third for $30/night. Guests may not bring additional people, no matter how long. Rental license # STR26-0389 We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place are in walking distance.
