You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).

Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

Moderan apartman na prvom katu prima do 6 osoba te pruža mir, udobnost i izvrsnu lokaciju u prvom redu do mora. Dvije sobe imaju bračne krevete, treća dva odvojena koja se mogu spojiti. Dječji krevetić dostupan je na zahtjev. Besplatan parking. Do centra Umaga, plaža, restorana i trgovina stiže se pješice. Živimo u istoj kući s našim psom i četiri mačke.
