Pubs within a very short walk or just go crabbing on the river with the kids. This luxury, self-catering accommodation is berthed at Cabin Boatyard, on the scenic River Hamble whether business or holiday it offers you a unique experience. For safety reasons, it is unsuitable for children under 5. Made from sustainable and recycled materials, it is fully insulated and has underfloor heating, so you can enjoy this river living experience all year round in complete comfort. Let us know if the booking is for a special occasion. Checkin times are between 4pam and 6 pm.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.
