Ons huis staat op een prachtige plek, op park Posterbos. Gelegen aan de rand, met een grote tuin met veel privacy op het zonnige zuiden. Het huis is recent compleet vernieuwd, waarbij onder meer een nieuwe, grote keuken is geplaatst, nieuwe badkamer én vloer. Het hele huis is voorzien van sfeervolle Philips HUE verlichting. Uniek is de grote glazen pui aan de achterzijde. In de huiskamer leidt een trap naar de vide met twee bedden. Aan de voorkant is een tweede slaapkamer met tweepersoons bed.

Moyennant supplément, vous aurez accès au jardin ainsi qu'à la piscine extérieure chauffée (en été) et jacuzzi extérieur (en hiver). Proche de l'E42, il est à moins d'une demi-heure de voiture de Maastricht, Spa, Liège, Spa-Francorchamps ou encore du site des 3 frontières et des Hautes Fagnes.
