Close to Curtis gateway we are perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

Enjoy a unique experience at this bright, clean apartment, located 0.3 miles from downtown Manistique. Shopping, dining, taverns, a winery, coffee shops, laundromat, and a movie theater all within a 5 minute walk. You’ll be surrounded by wildflowers and the sounds of nature while amenities are only a 5 minute car ride away. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the screened in porch attached to the cabin. There’s a fire pit right out front with firewood available on premise. Relax and destress.

Seney Cabin with hot tub

The Seney Cabin features a rustic log home adjacent to Seney National Wildlife Refuge for hiking trails, nature watching, cross country skiing, and fishing. It is located directly on the beautiful Manistique River. There are snowmobile and ATV/ORV trails just down the road. There is a fire pit and picnic table in the backyard. The cabin has a large full kitchen and dining table that seats 8, full size washer and dryer, fireplace, and deck. A perfect place to build some UP memories!

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

It's a 4-acre property adjacent to the Hiawatha National Forest with a very diverse mature hardwood forest, a 0.5 acre planted prairie, a pond, woodland plant gardens, and butterfly/hummingbird gardens. The property includes a 0.3 mile long interpretive nature trail explaining the natural environment and history.
