Sunsets, sunrises and the night sky are amazing! It's an 84 year-old house but solid and tidy inside. Caretaker lives on site to assist as needed.

With the fully stocked kitchen, you will have everything you need! The Loft is located above a garage that is not often used. Access to the private hot spring, swimming reservoir and ranch are only some of the perks of this property. Located 1/4 mile from the main house on the Meyers Ranch, it is private and did we mention the view?

The Top Story

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

Lost Sierra Basecamp Tiny Home

Mountain/ dirt bikers, fisherman, snowmobilers and outdoor adventurers, this is a great base camp to explore the Lost Sierra! , pull through driveway for your trailers, boats and bikes. This tiny home has a king size bed and a couch /hide-a-bed, AC, BBQ, fire pit, smart TV/DVD. Located right off Grizzly Rd, forest service roads start in a 1/4 mile, Lake Davis 2 min, Middle Fork Feather 10 min. Spring : birds/wildflowers ;Summer-lake time, Fall aspens, Winter xc skiing at Lake Davis.

The Cottage at Oakhaven

Welcome to the Cottage at Oakhaven. A STUDIO home in the trees of Janesville. Offering a small private fenced yard, outside seating area, private bathroom with large shower, no bathtub, queen sleep number bed, laundry, shared Starlink WIFI, flat screen, basic cooking utensils, full sized range, coffee maker, microwave, designated off street parking, pet with host approval and security cameras. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Instant coffee provided. NO SMOKING.

Lost Sierra Mountain Cabin (3 night minimum)

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath, off-the-grid, log cabin features a wraparound deck, panoramic views, gorgeous sunsets and stargazing. A private rustic driveway takes you past the "Wild & Scenic" Feather River, into the mountains to this peaceful getaway, just 1.5 miles from town. Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Wilson’s Log Cabin

This sweet little cabin sleeps two, and has room to set up tents, park your RV, and your boat or trailer. Pricing for these additional options and guests will vary. The quaint 12’x20’ space is a must see given its proximity to Bullards Bar Reservoir. Only a 6 minute drive to Dark Day boat launch!! It’s ideal for spending the day on the lake and the night in the cabin. Located conveniently on Highway 49, between Nevada City and Downieville, makes for the perfect little getaway.
