Although we are number 60, we are one of just 5 beach front buildings present today. Historically 1-51 were wooden beach huts which have long gone. You have the opportunity to enjoy modern, designed and hand crafted accommodation with triple glazing, underfloor heating and bespoke kitchen in this prime location.

Dunkery is situated on the fringe of Exmoor National Park in a quiet and elevated location within Minehead. Dunkery is a family and dog friendly three bedroom, self-catered holiday bungalow with north facing views across North Hill. The property has been completely refurbished to a very high standard, perfect for walkers, romantic escapes and family breaks. Check in and out days are restricted to Saturday and Tuesday (Please check the calendar as our prices change depending on the time of year.

Pennywood Garden Cottage

A detached cottage set in four acres enjoying a secluded position on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. The medieval village of Dunster is a 10 minute stroll away with pubs, restaurants, small shops, tea rooms and Dunster Castle (NT). The area is ideal for woodland, coastal and moorland walks. Minehead is a few miles away with its beach, shops, golf course and steam railway. The owners live in the adjacent cottage and are pleased to welcome you and be of any help during your stay.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

1 Coastguard Cottages

1 Coastguard Cottages is one of a terrace of five Grade 2 listed houses built in 1877 for the Admiralty. It is situated on the edge of Minehead bay with panoramic views over the Bristol Channel to the islands of Steepholm and Flatholm and the Welsh coastline. It is just steps from the start of the South West Coast Path and a perfect location for a family holiday. Walks from the front door give quick access to the Exmoor National Park on North Hill.

The Nook

Welcome to The Nook. A recently renovated Annex, The Nook offers a stylish and comfortable retreat in the heart of Exmoor. Situated close to Minehead town center, a stones throw from the Jurassic coast and short walk to the exquisite, Exmoor national park. Comprises an open kitchen/diner. Lounge and bedroom. Furnished and decorated to a high standard. Everything you need for a weekend break or a weeklong stay. Welcome and....relaaax.

The Snug, a tiny home on a Golf Course by the sea

The Snug is a charming one bedroom annexe conveniently situated a 2 minute walk from the beach and South West Coast Path and 1 minute away from the first tee at the Minehead and West Somerset Golf Club, Somersets oldest Golf Course. The Snug is a newly renovated annexe attached to our family home which has been converted from an old store that dates back to the 1600s. It is a warm, cosy space with all the home comforts you might need.

Coastguard Cottage

Set back from the seafront with beautiful gardens between, Coastguard Cottage has 3 double bedrooms and offers gorgeous sea views. This Grade II listed cottage has been lovingly renovated and offers a great combination of old charm and modern functionality. Located within a 10 minute walk from the high street and the harbour it couldn't be better positioned to enjoy all that the town and the surrounding area has to offer.

Totally self contained, it comprises a kitchen, bedroom, shower room, hall, exceptionally large lounge and a porch with seating and hooks for coats umbrellas etc. Set within secluded countryside and adjoining the Exmoor National Park with great views from the windows .
