The cottage offers cool A/C, free wifi, in-room mini-fridge and microwave, and more! Plus with convenient access to downtown Moab, breakfast, lunch or dinner are just minutes from your doorstep. Please note in the cooler months this is heated with radiant hot water and the heat does make noise in the pipes. There is a bbq grill in the common area near the outdoor dining. Utensils are not provided in the unit for the grill, but guests are welcome to use it if you have your own utensils. Pet-friendly, please notify the owner if you plan to bring a pet. Fun hideout right in the middle of town. Within walking distance (4-5min) to the most popular section of Main Street. Two bedrooms, one Queen & one Full Bed. One bathroom. A petite kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, tea kettle, French press with coffee, and retro style fridge are apartment sized). 2 parallel parking spots right in front along the slap wood fence. Our little 600 sq ft cozy and unique cottage in downtown Moab is charming 'Old-School Moab Style' at its best. Vintage art throughout!

Kenzie's Tiny Cottage- Prvt Hot Tub & Rain shower

Small in stature, but big in personality, Kenzie's Cottage is a cozy bedroom cottage that sleeps 1-2 people. Imagine a stand alone hotel room or something from the tiny home movement. No kitchen but a small fridge, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, french press, and area to make coffee or tea. Some basic dish ware provided. Outdoor sitting area and private 2 person hot tub! Centrally located on a quiet street, just two blocks from downtown, it is perfect for singles or couples.
