Mobile Infirmary,University Hospital and Children's and Women's Hospital are less than a mile. Safe gated community surrounded by heritage oak trees with pool, workout room and clubhouse. Guests love this apartment in a turn of the 19th century Southern home. It has a private entrance, screened porch, fenced yard, a large bedroom with full size bed and a convertible chair bed and a twin bed in a cozy alcove. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen and private bath with shower and tub. 30 min to Dauphin Island beaches and fishing, 20 min to Mobile or Pascagoula. 2 hrs to New Orleans French Quarter. It's a great location for work or a holiday visit.

Updated Historic Apartment with Private Balcony!

Renovated but historic! With a private balcony! This property is a two bedroom, one bath loft apartment on the second floor of a small Midtown building. It was fully updated in 2021, with new central air, new kitchen and renovated bathroom. The location is excellent, just a couple minutes to Downtown Mobile, and under an hour to Dauphin Island or Gulf Shores Beaches. This is a beautiful neighborhood to take an evening stroll and see the 100+ year old homes.

The apartment is upstairs. When pulling into entrance, pull straight forward to park. The unit is in the rear, Apt. D. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door). There is parking on street if needed.
