Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Surrounded by the green Tuscan hills at 200m above sea level,located 15 minutes far from the sea, between Lucca, Pisa, Florence and "5 Terre", very bright house in a panoramic position with a roof-top terrace. The house has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Equipped with air conditioning, fast connection wifi, smart TV, microwave oven,toaster,4-burner gas stove and electric oven,washing machine, iron. Barbeque on the terrace.

Casa Mario dei Pini - a seaside house

A spacious two storey house with 3 bedrooms (with air conditioned), 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a nice little garden for summer barbecues and “al fresco” dinners. It has just been nicely re-furnished. We can host 6 people in beds and 2 additional on sofa bed. It is located on a secondary road within walking distance from the main facilities: supermarket 3’, bus stop connected to Pisa airport 4’, railway station 7’, restaurant/pizzeria 7’. In less than 15’ walk you will get onto the beach.

La casa ha 2 camere matrimoniali, 1 con due letti, 3 bagni completi (1 con vasca), salone-pranzo doppio, cucina, stanza di servizio; in dependance 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 con 2 letti , 1 bagno. (+1 lettino bimbo e culle su richiesta). Arredata con gusto e finiture di qualità. Lo spazio usufruibile aumenta l'estate con il grande giardino interno. Parcheggio gratuito in strada. A 500 metri dal mare, vicina a tutto.

Dear guests, you are welcome in our house. Modern furnishings, with all the comforts. It is located in the peripheral district of Viareggio but strategic, convenient to reach every area of the city and with free parking on the street. By car in 10 minutes you can be on the seafront. Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

Luxury Designer-House with Rooftop-Terrace

Our house of 1910 is located in the old part of Viareggio, the pearl of the Italian Versilia. The "Viareggina" was completely renovated in 2017 in a very modern and stylish way, but with high respect to the typical Liberty- Style architecture. It is like a little palazzo with more than 4m high ceilings. The pedestrian shopping streets and the central market are just a few steps away. The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.

La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

"Fortino 3" {beach 150 mt} & {city center}

🌊 Experience the Tuscan coast just steps from the sea. Fortino Beach House 3 is a bright and welcoming 80 m² attic apartment, ideal for families, couples and groups of up to 5 guests. Two double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, offer comfort and privacy. About a 5-minute walk from the beach and Lido di Camaiore promenade, it is the perfect base for enjoying the sea and the atmosphere of the Tuscan coast.

VILLA GIOMA - Rustico completamente ristrutturato

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

The villa is situated in a picturesque, secluded location with magnificent views, set in a large garden. The villa can be reached via a 750-meter unpaved municipal dirt road that branches off from the main road; 25 minutes from Pisa Airport and 5 minutes from the Massarosa A11 exit. The villa is our family's private retreat and comfortably accommodates 10 people.
