It is 1400 Sq feet with 3 bedroom 2 bath and large kitchen furnished. We have 3 flatscreen tvs, wifi,toys,games and a great view of the Lake. We have washer/dryer with detergent. House has patio table, charcoal grill, firepit and a mountain to explore. We are located about 15 minutes from Wagoner and 15 minutes from Muskogee.

The Chaney Homestead

Welcome to the Chaney Homestead! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway in a rural setting then this is the place for you. This two bedroom country home was built by Alfred "Alf" Chaney and his wife Ruan Dye Chaney back in 1913 and remains in the family today. The house sets on 4.5 acres with an amazing view of the trees and hills from the back porch. We are located 7 miles east of historic Fort Gibson and just a 12 minute drive from Tahlequah, the capital of the Cherokee Nation.

Whether you’re traveling down I-40 or Hwy. 69, moving a college student to Connors State College, or just visiting family in the area, this cozy little one bedroom house is the perfect place to stop and relax.
