Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated, 105 year old home. Bring your dogs and boat trailer-extra parking in the back to accommodate up to 5 vehicles or a trailer. The home is centrally located (about 10 miles) from several surrounding cities including Ponca City, Arkansas City and Blackwell. The upper end of Kaw lake is 6 miles from the home. Centrally located by Cowley College and downtown. Just minutes away from restaurants and other essentials in Ark City. This cozy home has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the kid's bedroom have a set of twin beds. The two main bedrooms walk out onto a beautiful upstairs patio overlooking Cowley College and Chestnut Street. BunkHouse

The BunkHouse is 1hr South of Wichita, KS, or 1.5hrs North of Oklahoma City, Ok. Just 20min to the Ponca City Refinery. Right off of I-35, nice stop during a road trip. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, & business travelers. Within 30min of 6 casinos. There are 2 connecting properties (ManCave & BunkHouse) if there is a large group. 5 Queens, 3 Twins No extra charge for cleaning.

Curlee’s Cabin

This three bedroom home is recently remodeled and sits on an acre of land. There is a bar, mud room, horse shoe pit, and large fenced area to run and play or have a bonfire. While outside enjoy the 12X30 deck with a grill, patio table and chairs as well as a chiminea. There are games to play, books to read, and tools if needed during your stay.
