This home is ideally located in a family community and is directly across from Lake Ponca, making it the perfect peaceful family get away. This 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids; twin bunk beds in the kid room, a full size bed in the second bedroom, and a king in the master. There are 2 full baths, full size washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen.

This unique bungalow has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a comfy king size bed in one room and a queen size bed in the other. The home has a washer dryer and garage that will fit a small car. Industrial style downtown apartment, in the historical Ponca City Bus station. 70" TV, full service kitchen, cozy, comfortable and modern. 2 queen beds and air mattress available. Equipped with games, books and lots of closet space so if extended stay is needed, it is available. Our vintage vinyl record room is equipped with a vintage AM radio and a vinyl record player with Bluetooth compatibility. Free outdoor parking. Gorgeous courtyard setting with outdoor firepit and outdoor seating.

Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.
