The cottage includes wifi and a 55" smart tv. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property is surrounded by large pine trees and lots of privacy. This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

It has a full kitchen, screened porch, washer/dryer & shares a 4-acre wooded lot with the adjacent Clubhouse with a stretching/exercise room, outdoor hot tub & barrel sauna you can use. The lot has a private tennis court & 1/4 mile walking trail. Nice streets to walk or ride in the neighborhood, and downtown Nisswa and the Paul Bunyan Trail are a short 1 mile walk, bike ride or drive away. DOG FRIENDLY! The cabin is professionally cleaned between every reservation.

Beautiful, cozy cottage located on owner's property. Surrounded by lakes (however not on one), world-class golf, towering pine trees and amazing restaurants and shopping. We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

The private house is accessible by a half-mile gravel road. The property provides a shallow beach (not sandy), private dock and canoe . There is a public access landing on the lake and hiking trails nearby. Lake-side there is a firepit, grill, and picnic table for barbecues and camp fires.
