A modern, luxurious, custom cabin in the middle of a 35+ acre private valley surrounded by national forest. The Hillside Haus has a massive outdoor area with an outdoor bed, pergola, built in hammock, and private balcony with a picnic table. Inside, you'll find a king bed, kitchenette and bar area, full bathroom, & working desk. Our site is a great place for couples, friends, families, or solo adventurers to relax in a modern cabin <15 mins from Salida. We hope our work shows on your visit.

2 bedroom 1 bath Guest House plus recreation room

This bunk house on the second floor, is next to our larger home which may or may not be occupied during your stay. It is ideal for Family, Skiers, Retreats, Hunters, ATV's, Fishermen and More. It is ideally located on a river between 2 ski areas. Our home is custom built, on 3 acres with lots of parking. We can accommodate 7 people, but if you wish to add the main house, we can accommodate up to 19. NO WEDDINGS OR PARTY GROUPS ALLOWED THROUGH AIRBNB Pets are considered and are $40/nt.

welcome to a working cattle ranch! the 600 square foot cabin has a woodburning stove, a large fenced yard, and privacy. you will be the only other house on our 185 acre ranch. located 10 miles east of Gunnison, there is plenty of room for parking so if you have your snowmobiles or off road atvs with you, you will have no problem turning around! you will have views of hay meadows, an arena, and horse pastures. we are pet friendly!
