The cabin is only 3 mins to groceries, Kwik Trip, & downtown Crivitz; yet still secluded in the beautiful woods for a wonderful getaway! Great fishing, boating, and water recreation at one of the many nearby parks. Also close to ATV/snowmobile trails and golfing. Five acres of fenced in space, great for playing with the dog or kids. Firepit and gas grill. the cabin is located 5 miles out of town, so still close enough for shopping or checking out the restaurants. Pets welcomed, if well mannered.

You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

The Evergreen Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed.

Enjoy the house as your own! Comfortable accommodations (most everything new as of December 2024 or Summer 2025) with a king bed, queen bed and twin bunk beds in 3 bedrooms. A separate office is also in the house. Part of the basement is finished, where the largest bedroom is located. Large backyard on an alleyway, perfect for kids to play and furry friends to explore. Fully equipped kitchen as the heart of the home.

We hope our cottage provides just what you’re looking for in a vacation, whether that be relaxation, adventure or both! Our cottage is located on little Mud Lake, and right on the snowmobile/ATV trails. Enjoy the views by the lake, or check out some of the great nearby fishing spots, waterfalls, natural areas, and local bars/restaurants. Our cottage has been fully renovated providing a warm contemporary feel.

Hobby Farm Cottage

Easy access to the highway to get out and enjoy what Crivitz has to offer. Only a couple miles from town to explore shops and dining. We are not far from snowmobile trails, 4 wheeler trails, the Peshtigo River for floating or fishing, and Lake Noquebay. Many other lakes are near as well. The owner lives on the same property and has a hobby farm where you can enjoy the fenced and free range animals.
