The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

Luxury Villa in the very heart of Chianti

The views, the views, oh my word the VIEWS! Originating in the early 12th century this spectacular home once served as the bakery for the entire village. Now fully renovated, the entrance and ground level have been opened with glass arches allowing natural light to illuminate the exposed walls, 4 large bedrooms, 3 with ensuite baths ( including a jacuzzi ). Only Minutes away from the famous Wineries of Chianti, this is THE Spot for a glass amongst friends.

The little house in the garden

It is a little house with two rooms: a living room with the kitchen and a double bed sleeping couch and a double bedroom; there is the bathroom with the shower and a bidet. The kitchen has a gas stove, an oven, the dishwasher, fridge and freezer. We have a TV with satellite reception, a wi- fi, heating and air-conditioning; the huge garden surrounds the house, one can use the beach loungers and the barbeque. There is a private parking space.
