Majas on avatud ruumilahendus, kaks magamistuba ja viis magamiskohta. Köök on varustatud kõige vajalikuga, et valmistada maitsvaid toite. Pärast pikka päeva saate lõõgastuda hubases puuküttega saunas, karastada end õues jaheda veega ning nautida terrassilt avanevat metsavaadet. Lisatasu eest ja etteteatamisel saab kasutada kümblustünni.

Ühetoaline metsamaja on ideaalne peatuspaik rändurile või pelgupaik neile, kes soovivad põgeneda linnakärast ja nautida looduse hääli. Maja on ehitatud massiivsetest tahutud palkidest. Our cozy country home under old oaks offers the perfect rustic charm and modern comfort. A fully equipped kitchen, a warm fireplace and a spacious living room create a relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom is designed with wide mattresses. The sauna has a hot tub (without a bubble system) with quickly heated well water and relaxing music. In winter, enjoy a crackling fire and in summer, discover the nearby hiking trails. Ideal for a family vacation or a romantic weekend!

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a sunny southern meadow. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Maja asub Võrumõisas, mis on vaikses suvila piirkonnas, kuid samas Võru kesklinnale ja Tamula rannale jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Mullifunktsiooniga tünnisauna ja leilisauna kasutamine on hinna sees, kõik vajalik kütmiseks on olemas kohapeal. Leilisaun on elektriga.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).

A house with the bright space by the lake. Just 15 min drive away from Viljandi and you can enjoy tranquility surrounded by the nature. The house is built also for the winter conditions, meaning there is proper heating and heat insulation.
