L'alloggio indipendente per gli ospiti, ricavato dal fienile, è completo di saletta con cucina, comodo bagno ed ampia e luminosa camera con un letto matrimoniale e un letto piazza e mezza ideale per una coppia, famiglia o gruppo di amici, sino a 3/4 persone. Dall'appartamento si potrà godere di una vista panoramica incantevole, così come dalla grande terrazza dove serviamo la ricca colazione. A disposizione anche gli spazi esterni relax.

Si trova ad un isolato dalla principale via del commercio Corso Roma, molto vicino a bar, ristoranti ed alle rinomate pasticcerie della citta', a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dall'ospedale. E' stato recentemente ristrutturato con rifiniture di pregio. Pur essendo centrale e comunque in zona tranquilla, gli infissi di ultima generazione garantiscono un ottimale isolamento acustico.
