This modern lakehouse is an 8 minute drive to the centre of kingsville where there is multiple breweries and restaurants, a public beach is a 1 minute drive down the road and is right in the centre of Southern Ontario's Wine Country. If you're coming down for a weekend to relax, taste wine or to enjoy the exceptional birding the area has to offer. At the end of your day relax to the sound of the waves brushing up against the shore.

A perfect get a way for a couple or group of friends. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room(pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, dart board, giant Jenga and ring toss) full kitchen, and laundry. 2 couches inside the house, 2 couches in the game room. Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is at the end of the peninsula on the water. Walk up to the top of the hill and watch the boats go by from the bench or at the park on the corner. Enjoy amazing sun and moonrises. Build a fire in the campfire ring while you listen to the waves. View the sunsets from waterfront restaurants. The inside is open and airy. Bedrooms are comfy. Quiet little neighborhood that is close to Meinke marina and just across the street from Howard Marsh, one of the parks where several birds can be seen migrating. Relax out on the balcony. 7min drive to free boat ramp. ( Cooley Canal Ramp). Stay at our ground level one bedroom condo. We can accommodate 4-5 people with a queen sized bed in the bedroom and 1 queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The screened in porch will offer water views and plenty of wildlife sightings. The resort features a pool, tennis & racquetball courts, and fish cleaning stations. A 20 minute drive to the Lake Erie Islands and Downtown Toledo.
