The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Wooded one acre property that's 10 miles to Asheville downtown, hiking trails & all the local mountains. A 2 king bed & 1 bath cabin with an eclectic mix of bohemian & mountain rustic vibes. Our smaller Casita is also on the property and can be booked together or separately.
