You'll find our cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath haven at the end of the dirt road. Upon arrival, throw open the windows to experience the fresh air rustling through the leaves. Your family or guests will appreciate the privacy of each bedroom. The daybed in the sunroom is not private but has the advantage of spying late night or early morning wildlife. Whether you decide to stay 1 night or 30, the bath and kitchen are stocked with everything you'll need to really relax and enjoy a restful getaway.

Spanish Peaks Guesthouse

An easy escape to the beauty of unspoiled Colorado! Located just adjacent to our home on 200 acres, our guesthouse is a remodeled 3 bed/2 bath home with full kitchen and beautiful views of the Spanish Peaks (Wahatoya) from the deck. We are located just 7 miles off I-25 Walsenburg exit 49 with plenty of privacy and room to slow down and relax! We welcome guests of all backgrounds and your well behaved canine friends too. This property is nestled in Greenhorn valley, right under the shadow of the mountain. Seeing wild deer, turkeys, foxes and other wildlife native to the mountain wilderness is a daily occurrence. Our simple but charming cottage provides the perfect jumping point to a vast array of trails, lakes, and points of interest. You can bring your dogs per request(No cats) as there is huge fenced dog yard. A photographers dream and a nature lovers retreat.

Matterhorn Vista

Your hardest decision while staying at Matterhorn Vista is which spot you will pick to sit and enjoy the sunrise or sunset while sipping your favorite beverage. Inside allows for a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows. The location offers solitude yet is only a short drive to town and to the trailheads. The cabin has Starlink for Wi-Fi. The Matterhorn Vista has been permitted by the county.
